Will my order be taxed?
If your order is shipping to California, Colorado or Florida, we are required to collect sales tax. Tax will be added to your order at checkout.
What payments do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
All prices on our website are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. LALO reserves the right to correct any inaccurate invoices or errors in previously communicated prices. Unless specified otherwise in writing by LALO, Buyer shall make payment in full, including payment of all costs, taxes and charges as applicable. Unless LALO has agreed to credit terms in writing, payment shall be made in advance and by cash, cashier's check, credit card, wire transfer or irrevocable letter of credit in a form acceptable to LALO. All payments due from Buyer shall be made without any set-off or deductions for any reason whatsoever.
New & Returning Customers
New customers do not need an account to shop at LALO, however you can create an account and save your order information on the receipt page. Once your information is saved, returning customers may sign in using their email address and password.
Many LALO products are made to order. After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation and estimated shipping date. Once approved, an estimated delivery time of 8-14 weeks is required.
Lead time for delivery of products may vary. Items in stock will ship promptly. We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. However, due to the nature of the items sold and the variations/limitation of computer screens, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact LALO Customer Service for additional information.
Change or Cancel an Order
To change or cancel an order please contact customer service at 844.439.1825 between 8:00AM and 5:00PM MT, Monday through Friday. Changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Changes and cancellations for Special Order Items must be made before the order is approved for fabrication.
How do I find the status of my order?
